All orders placed before 12:00 pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

From that moment, our courier services have up to 72 hours to deliver your order if you choose Standard Shipping. If you need it sooner, select Express Shipping and you'll receive it within 24 hours.

For the Canary Islands, orders are shipped via Correos, with a minimum delivery time of 72 hours.

If any item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by email with an estimated delivery date.

Delivery times may be extended due to customs procedures, weather conditions, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control relating to the logistics provider responsible for delivering your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by any of these circumstances.

We'll let you know whether it's temporarily out of stock or if it has been discontinued.

If it's only temporarily unavailable, we can notify you by email as soon as it's back in stock.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange, except for items purchased from the Outlet section, for which the exchange period is 14 days from delivery.

If you would like to request an exchange, the quickest way is to email us at incidencias@seisdeltres.com.

Seisdeltres will reply with the next steps as soon as possible, within a maximum of 48 hours.

We cannot accept exchanges for:

• Personalised products made according to your specifications.
• Products that have been used.

All items from the order must be returned together. For hygiene reasons, returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, in their original packaging with the original seal intact, and include all accessories.

We cannot accept returns of personalised products made to the customer's specifications.

If your discount code isn't working:

• Please note that discount codes cannot be used on products that are already discounted or included in another promotion.
• Check the terms and conditions of the discount code. It may only be valid for specific collections. If you add a MyBigBag from a different collection to your basket, the code will still be valid but won't apply to that particular item.
