SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Seisdeltres ships your order to the delivery address provided at checkout, Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
Orders placed before 12:00 pm (CET) will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be dispatched on the next business day.
From the time of dispatch, our courier partners have a maximum delivery time of 72 hours (business days).
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight or volumetric weight of the parcel (width × length × height ÷ 6000).
Shipping to Spain & Portugal
Mainland Spain:
- Free shipping on orders over €110
- Standard Shipping (48–72h): €3.90
Balearic Islands: €12.90
Canary Islands: €16.90 (up to 5 kg). Shipped via Correos (3–7 business days).
Portugal:
- Standard Shipping (48–72h): €6.90
Delivery times are always calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). For example, an order placed on a Friday will normally be delivered between Tuesday and Wednesday.
For all other destinations, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with the applicable shipping rates.
Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures, adverse weather conditions, strikes or any other circumstances attributable to the logistics provider responsible for delivering your order. Seisdeltres cannot be held responsible for delays arising from any of these circumstances.
