Quick cleaning (recommended)

For everyday care, simply wipe your MyBigBag with a damp cloth or use baby wipes to remove surface stains.

💡 This is the safest way to help preserve the colour and water-repellent finish of your MyBigBag for longer.

Deeper cleaning

You can machine wash your MyBigBag, always following these guidelines:

Cold water

Lowest possible spin cycle

Do not use fabric softener

Do not use brushes

Use a moderate amount of detergent and avoid abrasive products

Although machine washing is permitted, frequent washing may reduce colour intensity and the water-repellent finish, particularly on dark or vibrant colours.

As with all dyed fabrics, and especially darker shades, slight colour fading may occur over time, even when all care instructions are followed.

These changes are a natural result of normal use and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Do not tumble dry.

Always air dry in the shade, avoiding prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve the colour and maintain the water-repellent finish.

Your MyBigBag isn’t a fan of heat.

If you need to iron it, do so without steam and always place a cloth between the iron and the fabric.

For personalised MyBigBags, direct heat (from an iron, tumble dryer or prolonged exposure to sunlight) may damage or remove the personalisation. This is a normal and expected effect and is not considered a product defect.

At Seisdeltres, we take the greatest care in the quality and durability of our products. However, due to the nature of the materials, slight variations in colour, texture or shape may occur over time, as well as the gradual wear of the water-repellent finish, particularly if the product is exposed to heat, frequent washing, contact with creams or oils, or extreme conditions.

These variations do not affect the functionality of the product and are not considered manufacturing defects covered by the legal warranty.
